Silex Financial Group, LLC ("Silex Financial," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit silexfinancial.com (the "Site") or otherwise interact with us. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described below.
Silex Financial Group, LLC is a licensed mortgage broker regulated by the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies to information collected through our Site, including through contact forms, inquiry forms, e-book downloads, email subscriptions, and any other communications you initiate with us through the Site.
This Policy does not cover information collected in connection with a formal mortgage loan application. If you submit a loan application to Silex Financial Group, the collection and use of that information is governed separately by our loan application disclosures, the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act ("GLBA") privacy notice provided to you at the time of application, and applicable state and federal law.

When you complete a contact form, inquiry form, or e-book request on our Site, we may collect:

4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
Lender Partners. If you indicate interest in a loan product, we may share relevant inquiry information with one or more wholesale lender partners so they can provide rate or program information. Once you formally apply for a loan, separate GLBA disclosures will govern that data sharing.
Service Providers. We share information with vendors who help us operate our business and Site — including web hosting, email marketing platforms, CRM providers, analytics providers, advertising platforms, and IT support. These providers are contractually required to use your information only to perform services for us.
Advertising Partners. We share limited information (such as cookie identifiers, device information, and engagement data) with advertising platforms like Google Ads and Meta to measure, target, and improve our advertising.
Legal and Regulatory. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, regulatory request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.
Business Transfers. If Silex Financial is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Communications and TCPA Consent
By submitting your phone number through any form on our Site, you consent to receive calls, text messages, and emails from Silex Financial Group regarding your inquiry and the services we offer, including through automated technology. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of obtaining any service. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying "STOP" and opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any message.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for purposes including:
Keeping the Site functioning properly

8. Your Choices
Marketing emails. Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email.
Text messages. Reply "STOP" to opt out.
Phone calls. Tell us during a call or email info@silexfinancial.com to be removed from our call list.
Cookies and advertising. Use the browser controls and opt-out links described in Section 6.
Access, correction, or deletion. You may contact us at the address below to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information collected through the Site. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, full dates of birth, account numbers, or other sensitive personal or financial information through general contact or inquiry forms on the Site. That information should only be provided through our secure loan application process.
10. Children's Privacy
Our Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
11. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including lender sites and partner resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third-party sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Site or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
